kreai-social is a social media management platform operated by Kreai (Martin Monti), Italy. It lets a connected account schedule, publish and analyze content on TikTok and Instagram via the platforms' official APIs.

2. Eligibility & Account Connection

You must own or be authorized to manage the social media account you connect. Connection happens exclusively through TikTok's and Meta's official OAuth flows. You may disconnect at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

• You will not use kreai-social to publish content that violates TikTok's or Instagram's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
• You will not use the service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful activity.
• You are solely responsible for the content you schedule and publish.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you publish. kreai-social claims no ownership over your media.

5. API Compliance

Your use of kreai-social is also subject to the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Developer Terms, and Meta's Platform Terms. We act strictly within the permissions you grant.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Kreai is not liable for indirect damages, content rejected by a platform, or loss of reach caused by platform algorithm changes.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your account at any time. We may suspend access in case of abuse or violation of these terms.
