kreai-social Terms of Service

1. Definitions

Service — the kreai-social platform and all of its features.
User — you, the individual or business using the Service.
Content — any media, captions, or material you schedule or publish through the Service.
Connected Account — a social media account you authorize the Service to act on via OAuth.
Platform — a third-party social network such as TikTok or Instagram (Meta).

2. The Service

kreai-social is a social media management platform operated by Kreai — Martin Monti, Italy. It lets you schedule, publish and analyze your Content on TikTok and Instagram through the Platforms' official APIs.

3. Eligibility & Account Connection

You must own, or be authorized to manage, every Connected Account. Connection happens exclusively through the official OAuth flows of TikTok and Meta. You may disconnect any account at any time.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You will not publish Content that violates the Community Guidelines or Terms of Service of TikTok or Instagram.
You will not use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful activity.
You are solely responsible for the Content you schedule and publish.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to your Content. kreai-social claims no ownership over your media and uses it only to perform the actions you authorize.

7. Third-Party Platforms & API Compliance

Your use of the Service is also subject to the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Developer Terms, and Meta's Platform Terms. We act strictly within the permissions you grant.

8. Service Availability & Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for Content rejected by a Platform or for any loss of reach caused by Platform algorithm changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kreai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kreai harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms, of applicable law, or of any Platform's terms.

11. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any change will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
